I have an idea for music fundraising event:ChildLine/NSPCC/NAPAC:London.
The event is for all bands/artists/musicians, to perform for free,in order to raise funds,now although no payment,will have mainstream Media,TV,PAPERS,A/R,etc involved,so it will be BRILLIANT EXPOSURE for you.
People will pay a nominal fee to attend the event,which will/should double the exposure.
If you are eager,serious about music career,want the exposure,possibility of being signed/noticed and would love the opportunity to perform for a worthwhile cause such as ChildLine/NSPCC/NAPAC,get in touch.

Hello Trish ... have you contacted the ChildLine/NSPCC/NAPAC to see what they say?
You need a special licence for any kind of fundraising - also this website has a World membership i.e. most members don't live in the UK so it would be difficult for most to attend if it was possible to run such a gig.
Not trying to put a downer on it, just a few things to think about
