Wow, what an adventure already, and your camera - not the new one surely? You should make a sub doco about the `making of` that would be really interesting too David. Wishing you filming success, Chris. PS ... got some amazing footage to show you taken with my Canon 7D ;-)

    Hello Chris ....

Well it was great to receive your message and always willing to help in any way I can. I am sorry though for not being as active as I was before but I have not been active anywahere on the Net lately mainly because I am focusing more on my Life and Work trying to stay afloat with the economic problems still going on. May take a couple years to fully recover from it all and even then I doubt it will be as it was......

So what do I think about the Main Site ? That is a pretty easy question and the answer is AWESOME! As far as the Forum ? I have noticed that people are not interacting much anymore for some reason. Maybe it is just me or maybe it is because I am not as young as the majority of the population surfing the net. I will be delighted to help though with maybe getting folks started to use the forums. I am not sure how well I will do since I have not composed any new material for quite some time and was a great reason to shout or post a message of a New Song added or the exciting news of updates to the Floydian Trilogy. Those where THE DAYS I will cherish forever. Never in My Dreams did I think something so awesome could happen like that did. And it was because of this site that made it all happen...... It should have sparked more artists to collaborate in my mind. Anyway ....yes it would be a great thing to give out awards again for active members etc. It gives the receiver a great feeling of being part of something and doing well at it. So I vote yes and also will try to get on here more often to help out in any way I can Chris. Thanks for everything ........ Talk to you soon ....

All the Best!     Jim aka eX1

Hello my dear friend, how are you? ... just wishing `hoping` we get to see & hear more of you - though I do know you pop over often to say `hello` and wish new members a warm welcome, I thank you for this Jim, awesome

Main site `POP` is becoming more active these days with many new members, though most (oddly) are not aware of the forums within the community section or of POP SPACE - though POP SPACE is better as a BLOG and similar to MySpace - main site `POP` is a fully featured OMD for serious promotion (as you already know)

I want to bring the `POP` awards system back Jim, what do you think overall?

Kindest regards, Chris.

Hello Chris, I hope that you could find my long e-mail from yesterday. Not the most pleasant mail I have ever sent to you but I wanted to update you more in detail since you were asking about how I'm doing. This morning we have a quite blue sky. Talk to you later Bro !

Hi Chris:

Just to let you know, I did read your P.M. and will be responding soon. Been very busy the past week and a half, doing P.R. for Yury Pelyushonok, who heads to London today actually, and will be in your neck of the woods sometime tomorow. He's on his way to Russia, but will be in England for interviews the next three/four days and I've been kidnapped, forced to email all the major mags, lol...well, okay, it was not forced...I volunteered.

Anyway, in spite of the fact that, yes, 'bad stuff' has definitely been happening, some good has been happening as well. I'm beat, worn to a frazzle, but feeling very satisified right now. Will be taking a much needed break for the next few days, which will mean getting back to interests of my own, but looking forward to whatever comes next. In that regard, it's while looking for the 'bigger stuff' that we often miss out on, and ovelook, the smaller 'pebbles' that might be worth looking at more seriously.

As for 'bad pennies', well, I've had a few of those as well. They 'fill up your purse' when you least expect them too, but pennies, as a rule, are not always as significant as we make them out to be and, in fact, don't seem to stay in your purse for long, just long enough to waste a bit of time, yes, but soon, you're on your way, rolling along again.

AS for 'protection', we all could use a bit of that and it almost always seems thaqt it is there, and it covers that which you usually can't do for yourself, which means, "do your best, and don't wory too much about that which you can't do". Then, stand back and, in amazement, when things work out anyway!

I've got some new filming gear coming in July that offers outstanding visual quality - I plan to visit many places in the world with my wife - she's a fabulous inspiration.

btw, its really good to know you're back into music creation again  ... awesome!

It's good to be back amongst friends again.

Hi Chris:

A quick response to your last post. Been busy past few days...had an interview with historian at local Canadian War Museum. They will be putting on a PEACE EXHIBIT, partially based on John And Yoko's Bed Peace...there is an Ottawa connection, but that's another story...won't go into right now.

It's a case of "just whrn you think nothing is happening, it all comes at you quicker than you are ready for", but this, I'd say, is a good thing.Always best to expect the unexpected. That way, when it does happen...no, you won't be any less surprised but, if you're felxible enough, and don't mind a bit of spontaneity, you are better able to go with the flow...and take advantage of whatever opportunity that may provide.

I thank you, by the way, for the heads up about NING. I've neglected that one, I am afraid to say, but then, I really wasn't looking to do a community site in the first place. I'll probably keep it going, over on the other host, but it will still not be my first priority.THere are plenty of community sites, including POP and POPSPACe, Aand, since a person can't stretch himself too thin, if you know what I mean (oh, I'm sure you do), I intend, in a nutshell, to refocus, more or less, on what I feel may be just as needful. Will let you know more in a P.M. Way too much stuff for this comment box...but let's get excited again! I know there are sturruggles to deal with...everybody has those..but they shouldn't cause us to lose sight on what's important...the stuff we do have going for ourselves...which we don't always see until it hits us in the face.

I'm not the terminator...but I'll be back anyway.

Dear Chris,

I've put at POPspace on my page a very sweet (!) video being streamed from You Tube. It just needs to be approved by the staff. Enjoy the video Bro Chris !

It's quite logical why I got confused : In french, "in every respect" does not exist, it's as simple as that ! However we say "in every aspect" = french "sous tous les aspects" and this means that something is the way it is, for sure, from any angle that you would observe what you describe ... It enforces even more what you claim to be the way it is ! Thanks for clarifying me !
